Return Policy: All Imprinted Goods

Due to the nature of custom printed products, we can not accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise materially flawed, or defective. 

We have multiple levels of approval prior to producing your product. Please ask any and all questions prior to final approval.

We do not reimburse for shipping charges.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
